Music Producers Club (“MPC,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you join our email list, we collect your email address and the location you select (for example, Austin, Los Angeles, or New York). When you RSVP to an event, we collect the information you enter in the RSVP form, which may include your name, contact details, and responses about your work and experience. Providing your phone number is optional and is used only to send you event reminders.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics such as page views, general location (country or region), device type, and referring site. We use this to understand how the site is used. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- send you emails about MPC events, programs, and updates
- organize and follow up on events you RSVP to
- send you text reminders about events, if you provide your phone number
- understand and improve our website and offerings
- communicate with you when you contact us
We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email platform, our event RSVP tool, our form and analytics providers, and our website host. These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Email communications
When you join our list, we send you emails. By joining our list or checking the consent box at signup, you agree to receive these emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We use a double opt-in process, meaning you confirm your subscription before we add you.
Text messages
If you provide your phone number, we may send you occasional text reminders about upcoming MPC events. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We do not sell your phone number or use it for anything other than event communications.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses minimal, privacy-friendly analytics and does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Some third-party tools we embed (such as our RSVP form) may set their own cookies; please refer to their privacy policies for details.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed or engaged with us, and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can:
- unsubscribe from our emails at any time
